Winter Bargains

Today's post is all about bargains. As we all know Christmas can be very expensive but don't think for a second that this means you can't treat yourself this winter.  So i've decided to hunt for some amazing alternatives for those of you who are trying their hardest to save the pennies.
Candles are a big must have during the winter period. Not only do they look so cosy but they can also spread a smell of christmas throughout the house. Seeing as though rose gold and copper are EVERYWHERE right now I thought the below options were perfect. If you want to spend a little extra why not go for this beautiful Geometric candle holder from the amazing not on the high street. There is an equally gorgeous one in the current Newlook home section (Note: I love that new look has a home section!)
1. Copper Geometric Candle Holder - £19.95 - £5.99

Camel Coats re-appear every year and every year I kick myself for not buying one. They are effortlessly classy and look amazing when paired with a pair of heals. There are always a lot of choices on the high street but these two really caught my eye this year. If you've been saving for that one perfect coat to get you through winter why not opt for this Wool Coat from Zara. On the other hand if you're working on a budget check out this boyfriend style camel coat from Newlook... (infact I love it so much i've just added it to my collection) coming soon to my blog. ;)
2. Camel Coat - £79.99

Newlook - £29.99

The tartan is back and this time in cushion form! Christmas in my house is always full of reds so these cushions are perfect but really they can be used all year round.

Next - £16

Primark Home - £7.99
Baubles for me are usually quite traditional but recently I've seen decorations with a little bit of a twist. So if you fancy a little bit of a difference this christmas why not decorate your tree with something a little crazy.

Asda Home - £3 + £2

Christmas is the time to indulge in something a little bit special. I found this beautiful Kimono nightgown in John Lewis and fell in love... however even I know that £120 is a lot to spend on something that you're going to wear over PJ's so I've found a great alternative in H&M which is basically identical and a lot more affordable. It's a win win situation.

John Lewis - £120

H&M - £19.99

Christmas season also means party season and you can't really go wrong adding a bit of glitter to any outfit. Again, shopping for a party outfit doesn't have to break the bank if you shop around a little. Most high street stores have now released their Christmas dress collection and it's definitely all about bright colours, glitter and sequins. Below are two dresses at each end of the pay scale.
